Cael sighed to himself, looking at his darling Anna. Of course, he looked at her through thick dry ice that was used to cryogenically freeze her. He was glad he had decided to do that, even if it wasn't what she wanted. She was so beautiful; how could he be expected to just let that beauty dissolve in flames? He would be without it for the rest of his life, which was by no stretch of the imagination a long time – he was seventy, but looked only half that age. In fact, both his children looked as if they could be his siblings. His older siblings. He'd known he was immortal from about the age of eighteen, but it didn't really impact him, not un
The night. Obscuring the light and hope of day, a dark cloud.
Hope seems gone, absorbed into the endless sea of despair, conjured by some being.
As if it were a prediction, darkness shrouds light, war emerges from peace, death ends life.
Destined to wander throughout the darkness, enveloped into decay, like ants, fried under some magnifying glass.

Hey Madge!
Thanks for the link. You know, I always had the feeling that the toilet swirl thing was an urban legend, it just had that non-scientific feel to it. As for the velcro - somebody's got to get a grip. Too silly.
Have a great DAy!!! Rob the Swash
Hi Madge!
Loved your comment on The Moon. How do you guys stay attached being upsidedown and all? Do toilets really swirl backwards? Must visit some day and see for myself!
